Paul Checketts is a professional quantity surveyor and claims specialist with 30 years of consulting experience providing construction claims analysis and dispute resolution advisory services to the construction and engineering sector.

Paul acts as adjudicator, claims specialist, quantum expert and dispute strategist and adviser. Clients include specialist contractors, Tier 1 & 2 contractors and employers. Projects include roads; rail systems; airports; nuclear and CCGT power plants; renewable energy projects; waste to energy plants; on and offshore gas plants; mining; hospitals and general building projects.

He has been appointed as Quantum Expert on various disputes relating to Airports, Highways, Water Treatment Plant, Metro Rail, Mining, Oil & Gas and Building projects. He has also delivered various training courses including the LLM/MLS International Construction Law at Vienna University.

Paul’s international experience includes six years working across Europe with experience gained in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic. Plus 14 years’ experience working in Asia Pacific including establishing business units in Japan and Australia and working on infrastructure projects throughout the region. Some experience of major projects in Middle East and North Africa.
