With over a decade of distinguished overseas military service, including time served with both the U.S. Space Force and Air Force, and deep experience in operational and construction management, Shantel brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical expertise to the role of President. 

Her military background sharpened her skills in operational leadership, crisis response, and mission-critical logistics, while her construction management expertise spans procurement, cost control, and multi-project implementation. From complex claims and cost analysis to expert advisory work, she leads with a focus on precision, integrity, and real-world results. Shantel’s career reflects a consistent track record of excellence, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to delivering under pressure, including during deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Today, she channels that same grit and vision into helping clients across the built environment navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
