Kirk Miller is a Senior Vice President and Senior Cost Estimator with The Primestone Group. He has a firm understanding of the construction market. With over twenty five years of experience in construction estimating, he provides a range of consultancy services including quantity surveying, cost estimating and management.

Kirk’s work adds fundamental value to projects, as he prepares cost estimates for construction-related activities, reviews drawings and specifications to determine scope, provides value engineering solutions and performs life-cycle costing.

Kirk takes charge of project and cost management for construction projects, providing oversight services on behalf of Owners and monitoring all aspects related to cost, time, and quality.
