During his career, Mr. Grosskopf has worked mainly on construction sites in different parts of the world. He has extensive experience developing large heavy civils projects. His earlier appointments included earthworks, roads and railways, bridges, pipelines, and processing plants. In the latter part of his life, he spent mostly on dams, hydropower, and related infrastructure for these developments. He has been intimately involved in the contractual processes during many of these projects’ procurement and execution stages.

His extensive site experience and ability to evaluate situations as if being an impartial neutral, allows him to identify potential problems and find ways to avoid these from developing into disputes through practical prevention action or to resolve these amicably and/or with the least level of aggravation. He has always aimed to work toward dispute avoidance and amicable settlements between different parties in a contractually defendable manner to benefit the projects.



Mr. Grosskopf is an avid supporter of knowledge transfer. He has mentored many of his assistants on-site and regularly presents on different platforms.
